Fresh Herbs: oregano and basil.

HOW TO MAKE PESTO CUPCAKES
- Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape.
- Brush vegan pesto on the top, add fresh basil and oregano, vegan cheese and sprinkle with Italian Seasoning.
- Roll into a log and cut into 6 equal parts (how to roll the dough step-by-step instruction could be found in these post).
- Preheat the oven 365F.
- Line muffin tin with cupcakes liners. Place pesto cupcakes into cupcake liner.
- Sprinkle some vegan cheese on the top.
- Bake 35-40 minutes until ready (golden brown).
