Pesto Cupcakes is a vegan savory cupcakes with pesto, cheese and fresh herbs. Easy to make, simple and delicious!

PESTO CUPCAKES INGREDIENTS

To make this vegan pesto cupcakes you will need:

Pizza Dough: easy homemade vegan pizza recipe could be found in these post.

Pesto: easy vegan pesto recipe in these post.

Fresh Herbs: oregano and basil.

Vegan Cheese

Italian Seasoning: recipe could be found in these post.

HOW TO MAKE PESTO CUPCAKES

  1. Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape.
  2. Brush vegan pesto on the top, add fresh basil and oregano, vegan cheese and sprinkle with Italian Seasoning.
  3. Roll into a log and cut into 6 equal parts (how to roll the dough step-by-step instruction could be found in these post).
  4. Preheat the oven 365F.
  5. Line muffin tin with cupcakes liners. Place pesto cupcakes into cupcake liner.
  6. Sprinkle some vegan cheese on the top.
  7. Bake 35-40 minutes until ready (golden brown).
