Coconut Milk: canned coconut milk
Soy Milk
Canola Oil
Xanthan Gum
Coffee: espresso coffee powder
HOW TO MAKE COFFEE ICE CREAM
To make these vegan coffee ice cream:
- Process soy milk, coconut milk, agave, canola oil, coffee and xanthan gum in a blender.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
- Once the ice cream chilled, prepare in an ice cream maker.
COFFEE ICE CREAM TIPS
- Use canned coconut milk
- You could substituted soy milk to almond milk
- You could add coffee extract to give extra flavor
- Substituted xanthan gum to guar gum
