HOW TO MAKE VEGAN COFFEE GELATO
- Dissolve 2 tbsp of instant coffee in the water.
- Combine the cashews and water in a blender and process until creamy.
- Add coconut milk and cane sugar and blend.
- Chill until very cold, then pour it into your ice cream maker and process according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
TIPS:
- Use a full -fat (can) coconut milk
- Use a high speed blender
- You could adjust cane sugar quantity according to your own taste
