These almond tuile is crispy, full of flavor and easy to make. It is gluten free, egg and dairy free.

WHAT IS ALMOND TUILE

Almond Tuiles are French cookies known for their curved shape like the tuiles on the rooftop. They often served in the restaurants across Europe, however, now you could taste them without leaving your house! So, let’s get started!

GLUTEN-FREE ALMOND COOKIES INGREDIENTS

Almond Flour: you can use any type of almond flour or you can grind almonds in the food processor if you don’t have any flour left in your cupboards.

Rice Flour: for these recipe you will need brown rice flour.

Rice Syrup: rice syrup is one of the most essential ingredient in these recipe. Brown rice syrup is a sweetener derived from brown rice.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup rice syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 tbsp grapeseed oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 365 F
  • Grind oats into powder
  • Add almond flour, rice flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Set aside.
  • In another bowl mix maple syrup, rice syrup, oil and vanila.
  • Add "wet" mixture into flour mixture.
  • Bake cookies for 10 min 365F
