Almond Flour: you can use any type of almond flour or you can grind almonds in the food processor if you don’t have any flour left in your cupboards.
Rice Flour: for these recipe you will need brown rice flour.
Rice Syrup: rice syrup is one of the most essential ingredient in these recipe. Brown rice syrup is a sweetener derived from brown rice.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup rice syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3 tbsp grapeseed oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven 365 F
- Grind oats into powder
- Add almond flour, rice flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl mix maple syrup, rice syrup, oil and vanila.
- Add "wet" mixture into flour mixture.
- Bake cookies for 10 min 365F
