This version of Cold Pasta Salad uses a pasta, cucumbers, radish and spinach. Using a stainer, scoop out the pasta ad transfer to a large bowl. Add 1 tsp of olive oil and toss well. Cover and refrigerate.  Chop cucumbers, radish and spinach.  In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar and the garlic. Pour over the pasta, cucumbers, radish and spinach.
