HOW TO MAKE BELGIAN WAFFLES
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
- Pour in milk, cream and stir thoroughly. Then add melted butter. Whip aquafaba until form firm peaks.
- Fold whipped aquafaba into the batter.
- Bake waffles with a waffle maker according to manufactures instruction.
