These Black Forest Chia Pudding is easy to make and absolutely delicious!
HOW TO MAKE CHIA PUDDING
- In a mixing bowl, pour coconut milk, add chia seeds, cacao powder and maple syrup (optional).
- Stir to combine. Cover and leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Once ready to eat, put yogurt on the button, followed by layers of chocolate chia pudding and cherry compote.
HOW TO MAKE CHERRY COMPOTE:
To make cherry compote you will need: cherry (frozen or fresh), water, cane sugar, vanilla extract (optional) and cinnamon(optional).
- In a saucepan (or skillet) bring all the ingredients to boil. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
CHIA PUDDING RATIO
If you use canned coconut milk (400ml) use 1/2 cup of chia seeds.

- Use caned coconut milk for extra creaminess
- Cacao powder quantity could be adjusted to your own preference and taste
- You could use frozen cherries for these recipe
- Use any type of your favorite vegan yogurt (plain or vanilla)
