HOW TO MAKE TROPICAL CHIA PUDDING
- Pour the coconut milk into a bowl.
- Add chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla extract (optional). Stir to combine.
- Cover and place in the fridge for at least 2 hour or overnight.
- Once ready to eat, put mango puree on the button and ready chia seeds on the top.
CHIA PUDDING TIPS
- You can use coconut milk, almond or soy milk (canned coconut milk will give you extra creaminess, however it should not contain a long list of added ingredients).
- Top it with your favorite berries or coconut.
- How to make mango puree? Blend 1/2 cup of mango in a food processor and it’s ready!
- You could adjust chia seeds or milk ratios to your own preference.
