CHOCOLATE AND CHERRY JAM

This jam is sweet in taste, with a classic combination of cherries and chocolate.

CHOCOLATE AND CHERRY JAM INGREDIENTS 

Cherries: fresh or frozen (pitted) 

Cacao powder 

Cane sugar 

Cornstarch 

Water

HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE AND CHERRY JAM 

  1. In a saucepan combine cherries and cane sugar. Bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, stir water, cacao powder and cornstarch. 
  3. Stir cornstarch mixture into cherries. Cook for additional 5 minutes (the mixture should become glossy).
