Coconut mascarpone: full fat coconut milk and powdered sugar
HOW TO MAKE APPLE TIRAMISU
- Prepare stewed apples. Let it chill completely.

Chill can of coconut milk overnight. Do not shake it!

Skin the solidified coconut cream from the can. Add powdered sugar and whip for a few minutes until the mixture begins to stiffen.
- Layer stewed apples at the bottom of the glass. Cover with coconut mascarpone.
- Add another layer of apples. Repeat the process to the top of glass.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
