Flour: all-purpose flour
Baking powder
Vegan butter
Vegan egg
Cane sugar
Vegan buttermilk
Pumpkin puree
Spices: allspice powder (1/4tsp), ginger powder (1/4tsp) and cinnamon (1 tsp)
HOW TO MAKE PUMPKIN BREAD
- Combine flour, baking powder and melted vegan butter.
- Add vegan egg, cane sugar, salt and vegan buttermilk.
- Add pumpkin puree and spices.
- Bake 365F 30-40 min.
- Glaze with melted chocolate chips and hazelnuts (optional).
