Dough:
Flour: all-purpose flour
Sugar: cane sugar
Vegan butter
Ice water
Salt
Tart filling:

HOW TO MAKE ONION TART
Dough:
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cane sugar and salt.
- Add diced vegan butter, ice water.
- Knead the dough.
- Wrap the dough disc and refrigerate overnight.
Filling:
- Peel and slice onion.
- Heat vegan butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add sliced onion. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add vine or vegetable broth.
- Cook 10-15 minutes until blonde-colored.
Topping:
- In a blender add vegan cream, crumbled tofu and vegan cheese.
- Blend everything for 3-5 minutes.
