Cane sugar
Balsamic Vinegar
Red wine vinegar
Olive oil
Honey
Fresh thyme
HOW TO MAKE ONION MARMALADE
- In a frying pan, warm the oil. Add the onions, salt and stir. Cover and cook for 20 minutes (until onion become pale gold).
- Stir in the sugar, honey, vinegars and fresh thyme.
- Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
- Let the mixture to cool completely.
- Serve or transfer to airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
