This homemade Italian Seasoning with fresh herbs has just the right balance of salt and herbs. The usage of these seasoning are endless, you can use it on pizza, salad, vegetables or soups.

  1. Remove the germ from garlic.
  2. Chop thyme, oregano, basil, garlic and black pepper (alternatively you can use food processor).

  2. Spread on parchment paper and let it air dry for 2-3 days.
