1 clove garlic 1/4 cup salt fresh thyme fresh oregano fresh basil black pepper
Remove the germ from garlic.
Chop rosemary, oregano, garlic and black pepper (alternatively you can use food processor).
Mix herb mixture with salt.
Spread on parchment paper and let it air dry for 2-3 days.
