Red onion: small red onion 

Jalapeno 

Pepper: yellow or red bell pepper 

Fresh mint 

Fresh basil

  1. Toss all ingredients until combined. 
  2. Drizzle lemon juice, splash of olive oil (optional), salt and pepper (optional).
