  • 1 small watermelon (seedless, diced)
  • 1 jalapeno (choped)
  • 1/4 yellow bell pepper
  • 3 small red onion
  • fresh mint
  • fresh basil
  • lemon juice (optional)
  • salt and pepper (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Toss all ingredients until combined.
  •  Drizzle lemon juice, splash of olive oil (optional), salt and pepper (optional). 
  • Serve immediately.
