HOW TO MAKE VEGAN HOLLANDAISE SAUCE
- In a sauce pan combine all the ingredients (except tapioca starch and 2 tbsp of milk) and cook over a medium heat.
- Whisk milk and tapioca starch together.
- Add tapioca mixture to a sauce pan and keep whisking until desired thickness achieved.
VEGAN HOLLANDAISE SAUCE TIPS
- Adjust tapioca starch quantity to your own preference (you could add more if you like more thicker sauce).
- Use soy milk or almond milk.
- Use apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar.
- Set the bowl with ready sauce over ice bath (it will help to avoid dry layer on the top of sauce once it cooled).
