VEGAN HOLLANDAISE SAUCE (NO TOFU &CASHEWS)

These recipe for simple and easy Vegan Hollandaise Sauce (tofu and cashew-free) is a classic sauce takes just 5 minutes! Drizzle it on top of asparagus or several other dishes or vegetables.

HOW TO MAKE VEGAN HOLLANDAISE SAUCE

  1. In a sauce pan combine all the ingredients (except tapioca starch and 2 tbsp of milk) and cook over a medium heat.
  2. Whisk milk and tapioca starch together.
  3. Add tapioca mixture to a sauce pan and keep whisking until desired thickness achieved.

VEGAN HOLLANDAISE SAUCE TIPS

  • Adjust tapioca starch quantity to your own preference (you could add more if you like more thicker sauce).
  • Use soy milk or almond milk.
  • Use apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar.
  • Set the bowl with ready sauce over ice bath (it will help to avoid dry layer on the top of sauce once it cooled).
