Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 tsp tapioca starch
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cane sugar
  • 1 tsp vegan butter

Instructions
 

  • In a sauce pan combine all the ingredients (except tapioca starch and 2 tbsp of milk) and cook over a medium heat.
  • Whisk milk and tapioca starch together.
  • Add tapioca mixture to a sauce pan and keep whisking until desired thickness achieved.
