1 cup soy milk 1 tsp tapioca starch 1 tsp dijon mustard 1 tbsp nutritional yeast 1 tsp vinegar 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cane sugar 1 tsp vegan butter
In a sauce pan combine all the ingredients (except tapioca starch and 2 tbsp of milk) and cook over a medium heat.
Whisk milk and tapioca starch together.
Add tapioca mixture to a sauce pan and keep whisking until desired thickness achieved.
