VEGAN MINCEMEAT INGREDIENTS

HOW TO MAKE MINCEMEAT
- Finely chop apples and oranges (you could use a food processor).
- In a saucepan cook apples, oranges, raisins and sugar for 30 minutes.
- Set aside. Add almonds, pine nuts, cinnamon and rum extract.
- Refrigerate for two days before use.
