Flour: all-purpose flour
Brown sugar
Vegan butter
Vegan egg
Baking powder
Plant milk
Cinnamon
HOW TO MAKE VEGAN CINNAMON COOKIES
- In a mixing bowl, add vegan butter, brown sugar and cane sugar. Mix everything together.
- Add vegan egg and plant milk.
- In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- Stir the dry ingredients into butter-sugar mixture.
- Cover the dough and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- On a lightly floured work surface, roll the dough. Cut out shapes with a cookie cutter.
- Allow cookies to dry for 1 hour at room temperature.
- Bake 10-15 minutes (365F).

Instructions
