These Cinnamon cookies are perfect vegan treat with cinnamon flavor and aroma.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 6 tbsp vegan butter (room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 vegan egg
  • 1 2/3 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp plant milk
  • 4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, add vegan butter, brown sugar and cane sugar. Mix everything together. 
  • Add vegan egg and plant milk. 
  • In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Stir the dry ingredients into butter-sugar mixture. Cover the dough and refrigerate for 1 hour. 
  • On a lightly floured work surface, roll the dough. Cut out shapes with a cookie cutter. 
  • Allow cookies to dry for 1 hour at room temperature.
  •  Bake 10-15 minutes (365F).
