HOW TO MAKE VEGAN SCONES
- Finely dice figs and cherries.
- Sift the flour and baking powder. Add sugar.
- Add the butter and rub into the dry ingredients with your hands.
- Add vegan egg and buttermilk.
- Incorporate cherries and figs. Stir and mix until the dough is firm.
- Shape the dough into a rectangular.
- Use a knife to cut the scones.
