Vegan cream cheese
Potato (cooked but still firm)
Carrot (cooked but still firm)
Toast bread
Asparagus (garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste
HOW TO MAKE VEGAN TEA SANDWICH
- Cut potatoes and carrots into long sticks.
- Spread vegan cream cheese on one slice of bread adding carrots and potatoes in between.
- Sandwich the two slices together. Refrigerate for 10 minutes before removing the crust.
- Garnish with asparagus (boil asparagus for 5 minutes).
