- 3 medium potatoes
- 2 medium carrots
- 4 slice bread
Cut potatoes and carrots into long sticks.
Spread vegan cream cheese on one slice of bread adding carrots and potatoes in between. Sandwich the two slices together.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes before removing the crust. Garnish with asparagus (boil asparagus for 5 minutes).
