Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 pack vegan cream cheese
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 4 slice bread

Instructions
 

  • Cut potatoes and carrots into long sticks.
  • Spread vegan cream cheese on one slice of bread adding carrots and potatoes in between. Sandwich the two slices together.
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes before removing the crust. Garnish with asparagus (boil asparagus for 5 minutes).
