VEGAN MARBLE MADELEINES INGREDIENTS
Flour: all purpose flour
Baking powder
Soy milk
Cacao powder
Cane sugar
Vegan butter
Vanilla extract
HOW TO MAKE MADELEINES
- Sift the flour, baking powder, cane sugar and salt.
- In a separate bowl combine milk, butter (melted) and vanilla extract.
- Add wet ingredients to the flour mixture. Mix together. Do not over mix.
- Separate batter into 2 bowls. Add cacao powder to one of the bowls.
- Preheat the oven.
- Bake 15-20 min (365F).
