When you bake these vegan Marble Madeleines, your kitchen will fill with the heady aroma of vanilla and chocolate. Once cooled, they are deliciously soft and buttery.

VEGAN MARBLE MADELEINES INGREDIENTS 

Flour: all purpose flour 

Baking powder

Soy milk

Cacao powder 

Cane sugar 

Vegan butter

Vanilla extract

HOW TO MAKE MADELEINES 

  1. Sift the flour, baking powder, cane sugar and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl combine milk, butter (melted) and vanilla extract.
  3. Add wet ingredients to the flour mixture. Mix together. Do not over mix. 
  4. Separate batter into 2 bowls. Add cacao powder to one of the bowls. 
  5. Preheat the oven. 
  6. Bake 15-20 min (365F).
