These easy vegan Coconut Pound Cake are crowd pleasure because it’s soft vanilla sponge cake topped with white chocolate and shredded coconut. What can be more fantastic?!

COCONUT POUND CAKE INGREDIENTS 

Flour: all-purpose flour 

Baking powder

Vegan butter 

Vegan egg 

Cane sugar 

Vegan buttermilk: how to make vegan buttermilk recipe could be found here

Vanilla extract 

Topping: white chocolate and shredded coconut

HOW TO MAKE VEGAN POUND CAKE 

  1. Combine flour, baking powder and melted vegan butter.
  2. Add vegan egg, cane sugar, salt and vegan buttermilk. 
  3. Add vanilla extract. 
  4. Bake 365F 30-40 min. 
  5. Glaze with melted white chocolate and shredded coconut.
