5 oz flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup cane sugar 1 vegan egg 5 tbsp vegan butter 1/2 cup vegan buttermilk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 pinch salt Topping 1/2 cup white chocolate 3 tbsp shredded coconut
Combine flour, baking powder and melted vegan butter.
Add vegan egg, cane sugar, salt and vegan buttermilk.
Add vanilla extract.
Bake 365F 30-40 min.
Glaze with melted white chocolate and shredded coconut.
