Ingredients
  

  • 5 oz flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup cane sugar
  • 1 vegan egg
  • 5 tbsp vegan butter
  • 1/2 cup vegan buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Topping

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate
  • 3 tbsp shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Combine flour, baking powder and melted vegan butter.
  • Add vegan egg, cane sugar, salt and vegan buttermilk. 
  • Add vanilla extract. 
  • Bake 365F 30-40 min. 
  • Glaze with melted white chocolate and shredded coconut.
