HOW TO MAKE PEACH AND THYME CUPCAKES
- Whisk together sugar and vegan egg. Add salt.
- Add vegan buttermilk. Whisk in the baking powder and flour.
- Add melted vegan butter, peach (chopped), chocolate chips and fresh thyme.
- Bake 25-30 minutes (365F) until ready.

- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
