BEET SOUP INGREDIENTS
Green cabbage
Carrots
Celery
Onion
Tomatoes
Leek
Potatoes
Beet
Vegetable broth powder
Water
HOW TO MAKE VEGAN BEET SOUP
- Melt vegan butter, add the onion and garlic. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Peel and cut tomatoes. Add tomatoes to onion mixture.
- Add carrots, celery, leeks and cabbage. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add vegetable broth powder and water. Cook over a low heat for 1 hour.
- Peel, rinse and dice the potatoes. Add potatoes to the soup and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Peel and dice beet, add to the soup and cook for 10 minutes.
