HOW TO MAKE CHILLED CANTALOUPE SOUP
- Peel and cube cantaloupe.
- In a blender, combine cantaloupe, vegan yogurt and fresh mint and puree until smooth.
- Pour into bowl. Serve, garnished with mint.
CHILLED CANTALOUPE SOUP TIPS
- Depending on types of yogurt used (sugar-free or with sugar) you might need to add sweetener (agave, maple syrup or cane sugar)
- Mint quantity could be adjusted to own taste and preference
