Jelly Fruit Cheesecake – vegan, coconut milk fruit jelly and cheesecake mousse base.

JELLY FRUIT INGREDIENTS:

Jelly:

Coconut milk (canned)

Cane Sugar

Agar-agar

Fruit juice or food colouring

Strawberry extract

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar
  • 2 tsp agar-agar
  • 1 tsp strawberry extract

Instructions
 

Jelly

  • Combine all ingredients together. Cook for 5-10min.
  • Chill in the fridge for 2-3hrs.
  • Use chesecake mousse as a base.
