Jelly Fruit Cheesecake – vegan, coconut milk fruit jelly and cheesecake mousse base.
JELLY FRUIT INGREDIENTS:
Coconut milk (canned)
Fruit juice or food colouring

JELLY FRUIT VIDEO TUTORIAL:
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 tbsp cane sugar
- 2 tsp agar-agar
- 1 tsp strawberry extract
- Combine all ingredients together. Cook for 5-10min.
- Chill in the fridge for 2-3hrs.
- Use chesecake mousse as a base.
