HOW LONG DO YOU NEED TO SOAK BREAD FOR FRENCH TOAST?
You don’t need it to soak for a long time; you want your bread to be soft but not mushy (just pressure it lightly and let it absorb banana mixture).

Vegan French Toast
Ingredients
- 1 cup soy milk
- 2 tbsp cane sugar
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp tapioca starch
- 4 slices bread
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients with a blender. Soak slided bread for 1-2 minutes.
- In a skillet over medium heat fry toast on both sides for 3-5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with a coconut sugar (optional).
