This easy homemade Vegan French Toast is made with soy milk, banana, cane sugar and a little of tapioca starch. You will need less than 15 minutes, 4 ingredients and will ended up with a delicious Vegan French Toast.

HOW LONG DO YOU NEED TO SOAK BREAD FOR FRENCH TOAST?

You don’t need it to soak for a long time; you want your bread to be soft but not mushy (just pressure it lightly and let it absorb banana mixture).

This easy homemade Vegan French Toast is made with soy milk, banana, maple syrup, vanilla extract and a little of tapioca starch. You will need less than 15 minutes, simple ingredients and will ended up with a delicious Vegan French Toast.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp tapioca starch
  • 4 slices bread

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients with a blender. Soak slided bread for 1-2 minutes.
  • In a skillet over medium heat fry toast on both sides for 3-5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with a coconut sugar (optional).
