Tomatoes
Red bell pepper
Cucumber
Garlic
Onion
Fresh Water
HOW TO MAKE GAZPACHO
- Peel tomatoes, garlic and onion.
- Pell the cucumber, cut lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
- Remove seeds from pepper.
- Finely chop all the vegetables.
- Add prepared vegetables to a blender, add water, pepper and salt.
- Blend on a high speed for 3-5 minutes.
- When done, add olive oil and vinegar.
- Chill gazpacho for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
