Creamy Cauliflower Soup is a vegan version (dairy-free) of a Classic dish. It is easy to make and you will need just simple ingredients.

HOW TO MAKE VEGAN CREAMY CAULIFLOWER SOUP
- Trim cauliflower.
- Melt vegan butter in a pot. Add cauliflower pieces to it.
- Cook under medium heat for about 20 minutes.
- Add chopped potatoes, vegetable stock, milk (plant-based type) and salt.
- Simmer for 15- 20 minutes.
- Strain through sieve, pressing down vegetables.
- Return the mixture to a pot and bring it to a boil.
- Remove from the heat (you could add more milk at these stage to adjust consistency).
