These Gazpacho recipe is easy to make, raw and vegan cold soup, made from whole ingredients and absolutely delicious!

- 1/2 bulb onion
- 1 3/4 lb tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 cucumber
- 2 cup fresh water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- salt and pepper
Peel tomatoes, garlic and onion.
Pell the cucumber, cut lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
Remove seeds from pepper.
Finely chop all the vegetables. Add prepared vegetables to a blender, add water, pepper and salt.
Blend on a high speed for 3-5 minutes. When done, add olive oil and vinegar.
Chill gazpacho for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
