HOW TO MAKE CABBAGE SOUP
- Pell and chop the carrots, potatoes, leeks, onion and turnips.
- Add vegetable broth, chopped turnips, cabbage, leeks and carrots.
- Bring to a boil, add salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
- Chop potatoes and add them to soup. Cook for a further 20 minutes.

- 3 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 turnip
- 1 leek
- 1/4 bulb onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 10 cups vegetable broth
- salt and pepper
Instructions
