COLD MUSHROOM SALAD INGREDIENTS

White Mushrooms

Vegan sour cream

Fresh thyme

Pinch of sugar

Pinch of salt

Lemon juice

HOW TO MAKE MUSHROOM SALAD

  1. Wash, peel mushroom skin. Boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Finely slice mushroom and place in a salad dish.
  3. Add vegan sour cream, fresh thyme, sugar, pepper and salt.
  4. Serve chilled.
