HOW TO MAKE CORN SALAD
- In a large salad bowl, combine cooked corn (I used frozen corn however you can use fresh corn or canned), tomatoes, shaved slices of celery, chopped spinach and mango.
- Drizzle the top with vinaigrette(mix olive oil, lemon juice and Tuscan salt). Toss the salad and serve.

- Use fresh, frozen or canned corn.
- Add fresh mango pieces (optional).
