This pasta is a one dish meal. It’s loaded with flavor, veggies and nutrients.
VEGAN CHICKEN SUBSTITUTES. HOW TO MAKE VEGAN CHICKEN.
- Rinse, drain, and dry jackfruit. Chop.
- Chop onion.
- Mix all seasoning ingredients. Toss chopped jackfruit with seasoning mixture.
- Heat a skillet over a medium heat. Once hot, add jackfruit and cook for about 20 minutes.

1.Bring a large pan of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and toss, set aside.
2. Heat a skillet over high heat. Add olive oil, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, tuscan salt. Stir and cook for about 1 minute
3. Add pasta, vegan “chicken” and cream. Cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Serve.
