Ingredients
 
 

  • 10 oz white mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegan sour cream
  • fresh thyme

Instructions
 

  • Wash, peel mushroom skin. Boil for 10 minutes.
  • Finely slice mushroom and place in a salad dish.
  • Add vegan sour cream, fresh thyme, sugar, pepper and salt.
  • Serve chilled.
