- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 tbsp vegan sour cream
- fresh thyme
Wash, peel mushroom skin. Boil for 10 minutes.
Finely slice mushroom and place in a salad dish.
Add vegan sour cream, fresh thyme, sugar, pepper and salt.
Serve chilled.
