To make garlic bread cupcakes you will need:
Pizza Dough -how to make vegan pizza dough recipe could be found in these post. These recipe would be enough to make 12 cupcakes.
Vegan Garlic Mayo
Fresh Basil and Oregano
Italian Herbs Seasoning– recipe could be found in these post.
Vegan Cheese -any type of your own preference.
HOW TO MAKE GARLIC MAYO
To make simple homemade garlic mayo you will need just two ingredients: roasted garlic and vegan mayo.
- Mix vegan mayo (1/4 cup) with 2-3 cloves of baked garlic.
HOW TO ROAST GARLIC
- Preheat the oven 365F.
- Trim the top of the head of garlic.
- Sprinkle little bit of salt and drizzle with olive oil.
- Place garlic on baking foil and wrap.
- Bake 30-40 minutes(365F).
HOW TO MAKE GARLIC BREAD CUPCAKES
- Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape (use 1/2 of the pizza dough).
- Brush garlic mayo on the top, add fresh basil and oregano, vegan cheese and Italian Herbs Seasoning.
- Roll into a log and cut it into 6 equal rolls.
- Preheat the oven 365F.
- Line muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Place garlic bread cupcakes into cupcake liner.
- Repeat the same steps with the second half of pizza dough.
- Sprinkle some vegan cheese and Italian Herbs Seasoning on the top of each cupcake.
- Bake 35-40 minutes.
