HOW TO MAKE CORNBREAD
- In large bowl, stir together the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, cane sugar and salt.
- In another bowl, combine vegan buttermilk, vegan egg, and vegan butter (melted).
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients just until combine.
- Spread the batter into a prepared pan.
- Bake 20-30 minutes (365F).
