VEGAN OVERNIGHT OATS INGREDIENTS
Oats: quick, rolled or steel cut.
Milk: plant-based milk.
Yogurt: vegan yogurt.
Cream: vegan cream.
Sugar: golden sugar.
HOW TO MAKE OVERNIGHT OATS
- In a bowl, mix together vegan yogurt, cream, milk, golden sugar, lemon juice and zest. Add oats and raisins.
- Stir everything. Refrigerate overnight.
- Garnish with apple and berries.

- 1/3 cup vegan cream
- 2 tbsp golden sugar
- 1 1/2 cup oats
- 1 oz raisins
- 1/4 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
