Plant-based milk: soy or almond
Flour
Dry yeast

Salt
HOW TO MAKE EASY CRUMPETS
- Add the yeast and sugar to a warm milk.
- In a separate bowl mix flour and salt.
- Add tested milk until you have a thick batter.
- Cover with a plastic. Leave for 1 hour.
- Add the baking powder to the warm water.
- Using hand mixer whisk batter with the water.
- Cover with a plastic and leave for 40 minutes.
- Place greased pan and rings on a medium heat. Cook for 10 minutes.
