Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 3/4 cup plant-based milk
  • 4 oz vegan yogurt
  • 1/3 cup vegan cream
  • 2 tbsp golden sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 oz raisins
  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix together vegan yogurt, cream, milk, golden sugar, lemon juice and zest.
  • Add oats and raisins. Stir everything.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Garnish with apple and berries.
