- 1 3/4 cup plant-based milk
- 4 oz vegan yogurt
- 1/3 cup vegan cream
- 2 tbsp golden sugar
- 1 1/2 cup oats
- 1 oz raisins
- 1/4 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp lemon juice
In a bowl, mix together vegan yogurt, cream, milk, golden sugar, lemon juice and zest.
Add oats and raisins. Stir everything.
Refrigerate overnight.
Garnish with apple and berries.
