Flour: all-purpose flour, pastry flour or type 00.
Sugar: cane sugar.

Baking Powder: homemade baking powder recipe could be found here.
Vegan Butter: you can substituted for any neutral oil, however butter will give you a nicer texture.
Cherry: you could use frozen or fresh.
Cacao Powder: you could use any of your choice and quantity could be adjusted to any color and taste preference.
HOW TO MAKE BLACK FOREST MUFFINS
- Whisk together sugar and vegan egg. Add salt.
- Add vegan buttermilk. Whisk in the baking powder, flour and cacao powder.
- Add melted vegan butter, cherries and chocolate chips.
- Bake 25-30 minutes (365F) until ready.
