Dump Cake- a cake where filling is toped with a boxed cake mix and butter, then baked. For this Cherry Dump Cake we will use a simple homemade vegan cake mix, which you could keep in your cupboard and with addition of other basic ingredients, you can make a simple cake in minutes.

To make this cake we will need two ingredients: cherry pie filling and vegan cake mix.

Almond flour
Icing sugar
Flour
Dry vegan egg whites (optional)

HOW TO MAKE VEGAN BOXED CAKE MIX
- In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients. Whisk together to combine.
- Scoop the mixture into airtight jar and store until needed.

Cherry: fresh, pitted cherries
Cane sugar
Salt
Corn starch
HOW TO MAKE EASY CHERRY DUMP CAKE
- In a large bowl, toss the cherries with cane sugar, salt and corn starch. Set aside.
- Preheat the oven.
- Lightly grease the baking tin.
- In a large mixing bowl, add cake mix, vegan egg (if came mix made without vegan egg white powder), plant milk and vegan butter (melted).
- Spread cherries into an even layer.
- Pour the batter over the cherries.
- Bake 20-30 minutes (365F) until the edge of the cake are starting to brown.
