For those who love the flavor of coffee and vanilla, these tender Vintage Coffee Cake are for you. Serve thick slice of cake with fruits or vegan vanilla ice cream.

VEGAN VINTAGE COFFEE CAKE INGREDIENTS 

Flour: all-purpose flour 

Baking powder 

Cane sugar 

Coffee 

Vegan egg: you could substitute with 1/4 cup aquafaba 

Grape seed oil 

Spices: cinnamon, allspice and vanilla sugar

HOW TO MAKE OLD-FASHIONED COFFEE CAKE 

  1. In a mixing bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, salt and spices. 
  2. In a separate bowl whisk together aquafaba, cane sugar, coffee and grapeseed oil. 
  3. Add aquafaba mixture to the flour. Mix together but not over-mix. 
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes (365F) until the cake is ready.
