Vegan egg: you could substitute with 1/4 cup aquafaba
Grape seed oil
Spices: cinnamon, allspice and vanilla sugar
HOW TO MAKE OLD-FASHIONED COFFEE CAKE
- In a mixing bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, salt and spices.
- In a separate bowl whisk together aquafaba, cane sugar, coffee and grapeseed oil.
- Add aquafaba mixture to the flour. Mix together but not over-mix.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes (365F) until the cake is ready.
