2 1/2 cup flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 pinch salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla sugar 1/4 tsp allspice 1/4 cup aquafaba 1/4 cup grapeseed oil 1/2 cup cane sugar 1/4 cup cooked coffee
In a mixing bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, salt and spices.
In a separate bowl whisk together aquafaba, cane sugar, coffee and grapeseed oil.
Add aquafaba mixture to the flour. Mix together but not over-mix.
Bake for 25-30 minutes (365F) until the cake is ready.
