Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 cup aquafaba
  • 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
  • 1/2 cup cane sugar
  • 1/4 cup cooked coffee

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, salt and spices.
  •  In a separate bowl whisk together aquafaba, cane sugar, coffee and grapeseed oil. 
  • Add aquafaba mixture to the flour. Mix together but not over-mix.
  •  Bake for 25-30 minutes (365F) until the cake is ready.
